Maurice Lacroix 1975: vintage elegance with a modern touch
The Swiss watch manufacture Maurice Lacroix is neither one of the oldest, nor the youngest brands. This allows them to strike just the right balance between vintage style from the past and modernity. To celebrate their 50th anniversary, they have put on a collection with the year of their founding: 1975.

Since 2016, they have been achieving success after success with the Aikon collection, sporty-elegant watches with an integrated bracelet. Maurice Lacroix 1975 looks back on history and complements urbanity and youth with a sleek, timeless style. The brand new Maurice Lacroix 1975 collection includes automatic and quartz models in various sizes and dial designs.
The design of the new collection is simple, but that is often what works best. The 1975 model is available in 36mm and 40mm sizes, measuring 10mm thick, just right for slipping under your shirt sleeve. Most of the surface is polished, as befits a classic watch. The case is relatively wide at the edges of the dial, but balanced by the crown at 3 o’clock.

The dial is available in three classic but tried-and-tested colours: black, blue, or silver. The blue and silver dials have a circular brushed surface that plays with the light, while the black is uniform with a sheen. Sword-shaped hour markers with trapezoidal hands create a touch of elegance and luxury.
Inside, you’ll hear the ticking of the automatic ML115 calibre, based on the proven SW200 movement. Choose from a leather strap or a five-link metal bracelet that's easy to swap. Both options will add a subtle appeal to your wrist, perfect also for the business world.
