Servicing of your Tudor watch should only be carried out by an Official Rolex or Tudor Service Centre since each Tudor watchmaker has been rigorously trained to guarantee you a service of the highest quality.
During a Tudor service, the movement of your watch is completely overhauled to ensure that its performance complies with its original specifications. You can also opt to have the case and bracelet cleaned and refinished to restore their lustre. Timekeeping accuracy and waterproofness of a watch are always rigorously tested to guarantee the level of quality and reliability that Tudor is famous for.
Tudor Watch Identification and Analysis
The serial number is unique to your watch. It allows Malalan watchmakers to identify your timepiece.
Before the service itself is performed, a detailed diagnostic examination is carried out. One of the highly qualified watchmakers of Malalan Service Centre meticulously examines the case, bracelet and movement of your watch in order to determine which service procedures will be necessary. Based on this analysis, an itemised estimate will be provided to you.

In conjunction with a Full Service, Malalan also offers the optional refinishing of the case and bracelet (where applicable). This entails careful polishing of a watch, satin-finishing and ultrasonic cleaning to restore the original lustre.
The servicing of the case and bracelet of your watch is performed according to the same standards of quality as those applied to the servicing of the movement. After careful cleaning, the case and bracelet are meticulously examined. Any worn or damaged component is replaced by genuine Tudor replacement parts.
Final Quality Control
Rigorous quality controls are carried out at each stage of the servicing process. During the final quality control, the power reserve, timing precision and aesthetic appearance of your watch are verified yet again to guarantee that your Tudor watch is of the highest quality standard.
After a complete Tudor service at Malalan, with or without the case and bracelet refinishing option, your Tudor watch is covered by a two-year Service Guarantee.
After the service
It is important to wind your Tudor watch manually before wearing it for the first time. To do this, unscrew the crown to the winding position and turn it clockwise about 20 times. Please remember to screw the crown back down properly against the case in order to guarantee waterproofness.
Two-Year Service Guarantee
After a complete Tudor service at Malalan, with or without the case and bracelet refinishing option, your Tudor watch is covered by a two-year Service Guarantee. This guarantee does not cover any damage or deterioration that results from accidental damage or inappropriate use of the watch. Any intervention by a non-Tudor-authorized third party, or the addition of any non-Tudor parts or accessories, will void the Service Guarantee.
